These are the terms for using SalesFit, a sales-training app run by Jose Gill ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using SalesFit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
What SalesFit is
SalesFit is a self-paced sales training program made up of 100 "missions." Mission 1 is free for everyone. Missions 2 through 100 are unlocked one at a time, strictly in order, each for a small one-time fee — you can't skip ahead or unlock a mission out of sequence.
Your account
You need an account (email, mobile number, and password) to track your progress and unlock paid missions. You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if anything changes.
Pricing and payment
As of this writing, each mission from Mission 2 onward costs ₹100, payable via Razorpay (UPI, cards, or netbanking) for buyers in India. We may add PayPal for buyers outside India in the future. Prices may change over time; the current price is always shown on the mission itself before you pay. A mission unlocks automatically, in order, once your payment has been independently verified — this happens through our own systems checking directly with the payment processor, not simply because a payment screen said "success."
Content and intellectual property
All mission content, scenarios, coaching material, and anything else you access through SalesFit belongs to Jose Gill. Purchasing a mission gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that content for your own learning — it does not give you the right to copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from it.
Acceptable use
Please don't share your login with others, attempt to bypass payment or unlock mechanisms, scrape or copy mission content, or otherwise try to access paid content you haven't genuinely paid for. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that do these things.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features and content over time as SalesFit improves. We'll try to avoid taking away anything you've already paid for without good reason.
No guaranteed results
SalesFit is training content designed to build sales skills and confidence. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome, sales result, or performance improvement from completing it — your results will depend on you.
Limitation of liability
SalesFit is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
Ending your account
You may stop using SalesFit at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, particularly around payment or content misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
